Tierra De Lobos is a boutique operation from Dallesport, Washington with a tasting room in The Dalles Oregon. The winery is a 500sq ft converted garage and is operated by 2 wolves, Adolfo and Gabino. Our estate grapes include Cabernet Franc and Malbec and while we’re not certified organic, we aim to treat our land with respect and refrain from using any chemicals or fungicides in our vineyard. At Tierra De Lobos, we love to showcase the true characters and flavors of each grape varietal and so our goal is to make wines as purely as possible with minimal intervention or additives.
