What began as a hobby soon turned into a thriving business, thanks to her love for bold, versatile flavors. Partnering with local farmers, she uses only the freshest organic ingredients in her creations as well as growing most of the hot peppers used. Her irresistible jellies have won over 125 Scovie Awards, including two Grand Championships, earning her a top spot in the fiery food world.
