We specialize in locally raised, grass-fed beef. Our primary focus is on beef boxes and large shares, but we also offer a wide range of individual cuts—from tongue to oxtail and everything in between. We also have a paleo blend of ground beef, heart, and liver, along with smoked products such as summer sausage, beef grillers (hot dogs), kielbasa, and beef bratwurst.
