We are a small kombucha brewery based in Salmon Creek, focused on creating kombucha SCOBYs and brewing kits for first-time and experienced brewers alike. Since 2009, we have been setting brewers up for success with our carefully cultivated SCOBYs and thoughtfully selected teas.
Our offerings include SCOBYs for both jun and kombucha, kits of varying complexity, bulk tea and tea bags, and a variety of brewing accessories. Everything we sell is made or assembled by hand with care, right here in our small Salmon Creek facility — by a dedicated team of two.
