Hi! I am Mosh Ice Cream and Bake Shop. I make from scratch ice cream and baked goods. My sourdough English muffins are made from a starter (his name is Chuck) that is 10 yrs old. I’ve been a pastry chef for the last 16 years, 13 of those here in the PNW. I stepped away from the corporate world and started my own business in 2024. I use high quality ingredients. I milk and eggs from local farms, and you can really tell the difference! When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, yoga and a hike out in our beautiful forests.
