Hello! Littlemissbaketress is a local microbakery (made up of a wife and husband duo elizabeth and brett) that primarily focuses on our spin on the traditional Hawaiian butter mochi!
We also sometimes have seasonal sourdough baked goods (like cheddar jalapeno sourdough rolls, cranberry sourdough rolls). And also have paper quilled products on special occasions!
We have two shiba inus (gatsby and twister) that inspired our fox logo and branding!
You’ll often find our two little boys playing hide-and-seek under our table or handing out stickers or offering their opinions on your selection!
When elizabeth isn’t baking, she’s reading or listening to the empyrean book series and loves to talk about it so if you’ve read it, come on by! Brett loves to disc golf and hike! Both of us are from Las Vegas but absolutely love the PNW and will never leave!
