Aloha! Kahuna Kombucha is a local family run business, founded in 2022 by Alicia Balmoja. We specialize in small batch, exotic flavored kombucha. Fusing flavors from the PNW and Hawaii where we lived for 20 years.
We recently added seasonal Mocktails to our menu, utilizing fresh local ingredients from other Vancouver Farmers Market small businesses. I initially started brewing so my family could benefit from all the amazing medicinal health properties kombucha has to offer. One of my son’s has Autism, and I wanted to create something that he could be a part of, while feeling he was contributing to his community.
We use all Eco-friendly products and take sustainability very seriously, in hopes to help save Mother Earth. Our tasting cups are stainless steel and all single-use cups are 100% compostable. We offer a discount each time any type of reusable container is brought to fill.
We are passionate about creating new flavors, and our inspiration comes from seeking out new products through international travel!
