Gargoyle Gardens is a small market vegetable farm nestled in the hills high above White Salmon in the Columbia River Gorge. We adhere to regenerative principles and practices to cultivate healthy soil, good food, and happy eaters. The farm was founded in 2026 by Bennett Silverman. Originally from the East Coast, Bennett has spent the last decade living and working in outdoor education and agriculture throughout the American West.
