Inspired by the heritage and harmony of small villages in Holland and Germany, Cobie Neidlinger founded Bluum Coffee alongside her daughters, Alinah and Aylah, to honor a “people-first” tradition of kindness in the food industry.
The name “Bluum” is a play on the word bloom — meaning “to flourish.”
Bluum offers locally roasted craft coffee and hand-selected pastry pairings, served with the kind of old-world hospitality that reminds us what it means to be part of a vibrant, blossoming community.
