We are an estate cidery that has both American and Old World cider and culinary apples. We have several varieties of heirloom apples, trees from “the Lost Apple Project,” and a few trees of very special and even rarer forms. We hand-craft small batches of blends and single cider varieties.
We handcraft hard cider from locally grown apples, many sourced right here in Lewis County. Our year-round tasting room is housed in a Washington State Historic Barn and is open to the public. Our orchard tasting area invites you to sit among the very trees that produced the cider in your glass!
